𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝟔 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬//

“𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑓𝑢𝑐𝑘 𝑎𝑚 𝐼 𝑑𝑜𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑤𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑔？”

That’s what I thought to myself, 4 years into my business.

I was working full time in my business, 50-60 hrs a week

And I never saw my kid.

I wasn’t eating well.

I was always exhausted.

I hit snooze 5 times before I could summon the courage to get out of bed.

My clients were doing great! I had a 4 month waitlist. I had been voted best hypnotherapist in Los Angeles 4 years in a row…

And I hated my life.

It hit me.

I was horrified and disgusted simultaneously. I didn’t have 3 day weekends. I didn’t have 𝑎𝑛𝑦 weekends. I worked every day, nonstop. Trying my hardest to get beyond $6K a month and I couldn’t do it. (At which point, my hair started falling out).

I knew something had to change. Two things… actually.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟏: I had to realize

Time does not equal money. 1 hr does not equal $<fill in the blank>.

I couldn’t work more hours. I was already working all the hours that were available to me. It wasn’t making difference. I had to do something unrelated to working more hours.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐: I had to ask for help.

I knew I couldn’t work more hours. But I had no idea what to do about that.

I hired my first business coach, and he taught me how to build my first online group program.

Suddenly, I was making 𝟓-𝟏𝟎 times the amount of money I used to make in 1 hr which shifted my whole paradigm.

When things aren’t working, the most important thing to shift is your thinking.

Everything will fall into place after that.
